Kaochi-Dani Valley
Kaochi-Dani Valley, along the Seirennji River, a tributary of the Nabari River, is a valley known as the Yabakei of Kansai, with columnar jointed rock faces that look like they were split with an axe stretching over about 8 km.
The views of Tengu Bashira Iwa Rock and Byobu Iwa Rock are particularly magnificent, and the grand scenery allows you to enjoy the beauty of the nature.
In spring, the yellow kerria and azaleas bloom vividly, and in autumn, the entire mountain is covered with fiery red autumn leaves. It is an ideal scenic spot for hiking and driving while enjoying the scenery in front of you.
