A Japanese-style sweet in the shape of a ninja, made with plenty of sweet potatoes, which is a specialty of Akame 48 Waterfalls in a quasi-national park. The name may surprise you, but its delicious taste will surely satisfy your stomach. It's a classic product not only for locals in Nabari City but also for visitors to the Akame Shijuhachi Waterfalls. It's a small shop, but sometimes there's a long queue of customers waiting.
There are various types of Hekoki manju, including those made with plain dough, sweet bean paste, cream cheese, and apple. They are available for takeout, so you can warm them up and eat at home. However, freshly made Hekoki Manju is highly recommended! Please enjoy the piping hot Hekoki Manju.
